Testimonials are like gifts. Here are a few of the great things people are saying about Karl Bimshas.
Kathleen Michelle McPherson
You believed in me. You encouraged me. You honored the artist in me. You offered an experienced hand in the
process of publication and walked with me through that. You were gentle and kind. You were genuinely enthusiastic. You're an artist yourself...that in and of
itself goes a long way.
I had been feeling rather lost with regards too my life and what I wanted the future to look like. I didn't have a plan nor did I know were to start. Karl listened to my thoughts, aspirations and helped me direct that into real action.

Carrie Pullen, Operations Manager, Xerox
Hey, just wanted to take a moment and share something with
you. You had a profound impact on my development as a leader and a manager (two
very different things).
Looking back with what I know now, you really took a specific interest in me
and adapted your coaching (which, of course like any good coaching, you don't
REALIZE it's coaching at the time) to me personally, but also maintained a fair
and consistent approach to others on the team.
I would not have developed aptitudes in the right direction without your
guidance. I'll give you an example: I was conveying to you how I had handled
some sort of situation with one of the associates and was going into my thought
processes around it. I remember you very clearly saying, "Yes, you did
everything right, but perhaps you may want to consider sprinkling in a little
empathy."
"What? I don't get it. I was
supposed to feel sorry for her being late every day this week?"
"No, but by taking the time to
convey that you understood there were other reasons that contributed to her
being late will make the delivery of your message more palatable," you said, "and the outcome more effective in altering her performance in this area." I
think at some point we may have informally added "empathy" to my developmental
action plan.
It may not have materialized in the way you were envisioning, but my management
style in that aspect has become more flexible. I still tell people very
directly when they're messing up, my expectations day-forward and a plan for
how we're going to achieve it together, but peppered in is at least an
acknowledgment of personal contributors to said problems.
Looking back, I can now appreciate the amount of leeway you gave me to run the
account how I best could. You took my ideas and helped me develop them more
appropriately, where I had the aptitude, but wasn't quite hitting it because of
my lack of business knowledge. All without making me feel dim-witted.
You also allowed me the stretching room to interact with other accounts. Do not
think that I don't also realize you had someone to effectively cover and
implement some of the stuff you hated doing, but you wouldn't have done that if
you didn't have faith that I could grow into it. And you were there every step
of the way for me to kick ideas off of and get guidance from.
You also relied on me, and allowed it to be visible when you were doing so, in
times that you could not be at your peak. After the birth of one of your kids
for example, I remember an email essentially saying, "Carrie, I have no clue
what's on the table for me to do right now, give me the list/updates..." You
trusted me and had no qualms about my seeing you were at a temporary
disadvantage. Also a huge lesson that good leaders must learn with trusted
teammates, whether they are direct-reports or not.
I have an exceptional team that is as empowered and responsible for our results
as I am. They also carry me from time to time and do so with a sense of pride.
You helped me develop this sensibility.
I wish you could see what type of leader and manager I am today - not
necessarily because you would be proud, but because you would find it amusing,
interesting even. But mostly because I would hope you'd see your specific
contributions to my evolution.
Thank you.

Operations Manager,
Xerox
Karl Bimshas brought my passion and truth into form with his brilliant vision of creating masterpieces. His guidance encouraged my inner truth to shine with clarity. I now have a finished product of what has been living inside my imagination for years!
Karl
was a Client Account Manager in the organizations I managed (as a General
Manager and a Vice President). He is a very intelligent individual with
excellent communication skills. His focus on customers, employees and business
process allowed him to consistently meet and exceed his business objectives.
Additionally, he is a strategic thinker who looks at opportunities in many
different ways and will challenge the status quo in an effort to continuously
improve things. Karl had the ability to build consensus and influence others in
an effort to meet the business needs. Although we no longer work together, we
have maintained a friendship and mutual respect for each other. I would relish
the opportunity to work with Karl again. He would be an asset to any organization.
